We are facing issues on using Debugger option from offshore. We are using Informatica PowerCenter 8.1.0.
The issue details are as below:
1. When Mappings->Debugger->Start Debugger is clicked. It says 'Waiting for Integration Service to initialize...'
2. Debugger options on Mappings tab- All of them are disabled. Cannot click F10 key to go to next instance.
3. Log on Integration Services- Log seems to be waiting for some input(perhaps F10?)
4. On the workflow monitor, the Debugger Session Instance gets invoked and shows status as 'Running'. But in the Run properties, the process has not actually started, does not show source/target properties.
5. When Mappings->Debugger->Stop Debugger is clicked at this point, the Output window says 'Shutdown of Debugger complete'; but in the workflow monitor the debugger session instance still shows status as 'Running'.
The Abort option is disabled on right-click of session(Workflow monitor).When abort is done using pmcmd on server, the status changes to 'Aborting'. The process does not get aborted and need to be killed using 'Kill' command.
Any pointers or guidance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
