We have Crystal Reports 8.5 installed on 5 client's PCs, all running MS XP for their operating sys. Our corporation uses MS Outlook 2000 SP-3. All but 1 of these five users can export reports in any format to another user by email.
My 1 problem client PC can export a report in any format to a network location, or to her local machine (e.g. C: or desktop). However, if we try to export the same report using MAPI mail choice, the CR app does not bring up the Outlook "Address Book" box to pick your email destination.
It stops on the "Export Options" dialogue box (Page Range) and runs on & on until we have to task out.
We have compared systems of those users that work with this individual's system and see no difference. We have reinstalled CR to no avail.
Any suggestions to resolve this would be appreciated.
