Having Multiple outlook calendars with Ical

I have a question about outlook calendars. I have friends that work for a church and they communicate schedules with outlook calendars using the icalendar protocol. Now they want to be able to have multiple calendars on there computers and use them (sending and receiving different ical emails to different calendars). Is there a way to accept the ical calendar event to different outlook calendars on a computer??
