Having issue with AA...extension not workinfgas dialed 2

MICS 6.0 with 3.0 Call pilot. recent crash and reinstall.

Only if you put a "1" in front of the individual's extension it goes through, otherwise tells you there's no such extension

 
Have you verified the extensions to make sure they are exactly what they are supposed to be? i.e. Feature *0

Sure have...all the phones seem to have their correct extensions on a F0 check

If you dial in and press 222 you get message that it doesn't exist.

If you dial in and press 1222 you get 222

Why the 1 first...never heard of this before
 
Create a new test AA and program it on the main incoming line and test and see if the problem happens again.

Yes, a new AA from scratch.

Created a new table used the same company greeting and smae problem
 
There's not message in the greeting to dial one
 
Just because there is not TTG message doesn't mean it's inactive. CA customer message may be a blank recording.
 
It was the touchtone gate.

Don't know how it got changed.
