In the Route Plan Report there is a device with DN 1100 with no name or description. I was searching phones, CTI route points, gateways, gatekeepers, trunks for it and no such DN was found. It is listed as a device in the Route Plan Report. When I try dialing that DN it goes to VM port and then gets droped right away. Any ideas what to look for? CCM version 3.3(4)sr2.

hi,

please post the route plan report!

RoutePlan is too big to post it - 20 pages.
Anyway, called cisco TAC, they poked around and concluded that those DNs are rogue DNs, possibly SQL table corruption or some other anomaly. TAC used dependency records to confirm that nothing is using those DNs. After that I simply deleted them.
