I've inherited a callmanager 4.1 with our business move, so I'm learning as we speak. (2 days in)
I've created my hunt groups and they seem to be working but with one exception.
I have 3 groups, Sales, Accounts and finally the MD.
In the event that the sales team are busy or the call goes unanswered, it's diverted to accounts, and then finally the MD.
But after this, the call is dropped.
How do I get it to go back to the sales group.
If I call the MD group internally, then transfer back to the sales team works, but call from an external number and the call is dropped afer it reaches the MD group.
