HI,

If I would like to upload some information from our network to the internet ( to a website), is it ok if I enable a computer in the network to dial automtically every 8 hours to upload this file and then disconnect . . ?

If this is not secure , what is the best way to do it?

I would at least have some basic protection, eg, some kind of firewall or something, just doing the regular security routine, you will be ok, if you could explain what type of network it would help abit
