hi;
as far as i know - you can get DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files free from places such as this;
which are in essense mini EXEs that perform a specific function in an App.
however after reading your same post from before to which you haven't replied, I'd say they were viruses.....plus the ones you describe there are not needed and are junk or worse.
Do you have the 98 CD?
It's easy to extract new ones from the CD
Explain again your situation and why you think you need EXEs and Which ones
