havin problem by using the more command Being able to go out to shell

I am using the more command to let a user view a log file the problem is that by using more you could do a bang (!) and just type csh and you will get the shell, could any one help me if there is a different way to show this for the user and the user should not be able to go out to a shell
 
Not sure about more, but you can use the pg command with the -r switch to disallow shell escapes, and you can supply a specific user prompt .. for example

pg -r -p "Press and key (q to quit):" myfile
