Have to turn norton off to recieve email

Hi all,

I have Tiscali (my isp) and use it to load load my email from various accounts. Just resently, i have to turn off norton to receive my tiscali emails. My other accounts receive ok with norton on. i use OE6.
Any idea's as spam is driving me mad.

Are you also using the Zone Alarm firewall? I just went through this with a client. Had to upgrade to the newest version of Zone Alarm so it would allow her particular e-mail through. This may apply to other firewalls too.
