Have to log in twice to sync offline files

I have a user that when she logs into her laptop it goes through the sync process and then what ever files she created/modified while the computer was offline will come up and give her an error of access is denied. If she logs off of the computer again and then logs back in then the files sync fine. What could be causing this issue?

Try the following.

Click on the Offline Files tab. Hold down CTRL+SHIFT and click DELETE FILES. This will completely clear the client
cache and re-sync after a reboot.

Today I found that what was causing the issue was a 3rd party software package that was preinstalled on the laptop and once I removed this then the sync worked as it should. Now the only thing is when I want to log off or shut down the laptop I have to click log off/shut down twice for it to do it.
