The only reason this doesn't work is users have not properly recorded their name in the mailbox. Not the greeting, the name.

I forget where along the line I ran into this, but one release had a bug on this and I had to upgrade to the next build. For example 7.0(5) to 7.0(23). I will look to see if I can find that customer. It drove me nuts.
