I can send/receive e-mails and browse the net using other browsers (like on real player) but I can't get anything out of Internet Exp. 6.

Sounds like a software problem. You might want to check the MS office forum or the windows OS forum.

the best solution: download hijackthis, it gets rid of ANY problem with IE
