Have ? for Touch Tone Tommy Merlin legend 3.0

Have Merlin Legend phone system two issues
1st problem plug MLX 20 console into bottom left port
press menu no system program comes up ? trying to find system
program port.
2nd issue have lines 801 thru 810 in line pool
need to remove 809 and 810 from access 9 out going line pool
what is the prcedure.
I am a Nortel tech trying to be a avaya tech. Tough times

There's many on this forum who know their stuff, so no need for a shout out.

That being said, the programming extension can be any of the first 5 ports, so just work your way up the card until you find it.

The least confusing way to remove the lines from the pool is Lines/Trunks, Pools, 70 Enter, Entry Mode, (Inspect to confirm that they are assigned to the pool), Back, 809 Remove, 810 Remove, Inspect again to confirm that they have been removed.
