Have combo box filters change based on table

Hello all,

I have a database that is going enterprise wide. What I would like to do is have combo boxes filters change depending on what user is logged it.

ex. Joe from Cincinnati logs in. Then I am wanting to have [Market] field only show Ohio, Florida, georgia.

The rep table shows JOe and that he is from Cincinnati. The Market table shows which markets belong to Cincinnati.

How can I make the combo box look at who is logged in and then adjust accordingly.
