Have BCM 200 with 3.7 and some phones connect while some flash forever 1

Have two 4x16s looks like one works and the other doesn't...I swapped cables and the same DNs come back up.

plugged in twenty phones and 11 show in the nactive DNs list only six are working


Are there diagnostics?

Did you set the switches for bus 2 and 4. Plus not sure the 200 can have that many buses.
bus -2 -trunk 3 stations!st 4x16 - 4 trunks 5 stations 2nd 4x16

I have to other BCMs that I bought just like this i.e. two, 4x16

This time I added the second 4x16 I removed and 8 GASTM and used the same switch setting. (3 off) The first 4x16 has all switches on

Any idea what switch settings should be?

I have top slot 4x16 MBM set On\On\On\On\On\On
The bottom slot 4x16 MBM set On\On\On\On\Off\On

Now I get 151-154 and 211-214 lines

one station set module works the other doesn't opposite to what i had earlier.

Trunk Modudes are on Buses 02 & 04

Before I could get any extensions on 25pr cable attached to the top 4x16

now I cannot get any extensions on the other cable (bottom 4x16)Any advice as howw to get the station sets active on both 4x16s
