Not strictly a .net issue or solution, and as such forum605 would have been a more appropriate forum.

However:

A: does the sender domain match the ReturnPath header domain?

B:
Route the message via a mail server with reverse DNS lookup rather than directly from an invalid IP (MS58 ([127.0.0.1]) )
