Have Acro reader running on computer startup

How can I set it up so that AcroRd32.exe is always running in the background so that PDF's always load up quickly and my app doesn't have to wait for Acrobat Reader to shut down before resuming my application's operations?

an easy solution to this is to put the acro reader in your startfolder

or you could also have it start from the registry
