I have been getting this error message every time I try to set up an accout on my website.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mail() in /home/filenet/public_html/includes/Email.php on line 5

Can somebody please help me out and tell me what causes this and how to fix it ?

Thanks for your time.

This means that PHP does not have access to the definition of the mail() function.

PHP Manual said:
For the Mail functions to be available, PHP must have access to the sendmail binary on your system during compile time.

If you have a shared hosting account you will probably need to contact your host.

HTH,
Itshim
