have a partner acs rel 5 in 5 slot carrier with partner messaging rel 1 they r both new out of box they messaging card is in slot 1 and has ext 18 &19 assigned as the mail ports.i have the 2 port back up card in left most slot of the messaging.the problemimm having is when 777 in to the mail i get partner messaging is in test mode steps me through some test but never get out of test mode??

Hi johnrobert,
It sounds like the vm is not seeing the license/backup card. Turn the system off and reseat the card. The card should be okay in the left slot. If that does not work you may have either a defective vm or defective backup card. Replaced the entire vm unit, it's under warranty.
