hateway to gatway vpn fvs318 vpn router - motorola 3346 netopia

Has anyone successfully established a gw2gw vpn between the fvs318 and the 3346 netopia? I need to remotly access a server and print locally. Apparently, that is impossible using the prosafe client as the router does not support netbios.
