Hash Functions In VBA?

I'm looking for a hash function (SHA or MD5) written entirely in VBA--no DLLs or external EXEs--and free for corporate use. Can anyone point me to such code?

If not, perhaps you can point me to resources that will tell me how to do bit manipulations (bit shifts and such) in VBA, and I can try to build a hash from the FIPS 180-2 standard.
