Has the Form Changed???

Can anyone tell me what cause the following message:<br>

'MyFormName' has been changed since the last time you opened it, either by another user or because another instance of it was opened on your machine.<br>
<br>
<br>
I get this error on a form when I jump from it to an invoicing screen, then update a total on the originating form and subsequently try to close the form.<br>
<br>
This also seems to cause my database to bloat and even become corrupt. Any ideas???

Are you referencing any public variables in the form while you are out of it? I just saw a reference seemed to imply this would open a new instance of it.
