excactly looks like, what we need. With CR9.0 Extended edition we should be on the safe side regarding licences. Crystal Enterprise should be an overkill regarding prices (the broadcasting licence).

I have used this tool and it is a great tool. However you do need to be aware of the crystal broadcast license if this is a totally automated process.
