Has anyone used Ext-10 for Remote Call Forwarding

I have a customer that wants to Remote Call Forward from their main Ext. 10. Can anyone indicate if there will be any problems with this?

AA answers all calls day and night. During the day, 0/timeout and main receptionist will answer calls at Extension 10. During night mode, I will setup a selector code to leave a message in the general mailbox (10) and another selector code to transfer to ext. 10 which will then remote call forward the appropriate speed dial number.

I'm a little concerned doint this on extension 10 since it is the main call handling "hub" after the AA. If anyone can see any issues that I might be overlooking I look forward to your post.
 
Sounds like you have addressed your options by using selector codes to go to the mailbox (bypassing the extension) and also to the extension. What about the dial 0/timeout option, or when someone dial 0 out of a mailbox? Those will also go to Ext. 10, which will forward. Also transfers from the Auto Attendant to extensions that don't have voice mail coverage. You might want them to use another extension from 10, or change the Call Answer Service operator, the dial 0/timeout option, and the Transfer Return Extension for the Voice Mail ports.

 
Finally got to implement this today. I've setup remote call forwarding on Ext-10 and Ext-14. Dialing these extensions directly from a system phone will forward this type of call to the appropriate personal speed dial, however, when transfering out of the AA (selector code transfer to Ext-14 or Ext-10), the call will not forward.

I've checked all my settings, and everything looks OK to me. When I Selector Code transfer out of the AA to Ext-14, it rings 4 times, then rings back to mailbox 10. Anyway to over-ride the transfer return setting on this extension? It is setup as a Transfer Only extension, currently.

Any ideas on this? I would greatly appreciate it.
