If I start a new email, but pause for a while, come back and try to send it, it gives me the error message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem persists, restart outlook."
I already looked it up and it's a confirmed problem. Microsoft customer service sent me the fix which is called "Hot Fix". But they say "This fix is not publicly available through the Microsoft website as it has not gone through full Microsoft regression testing." In another word they don't take any responsibilty!
I was wondering if anyone has tried Hot Fix and experienced any problem afterward.
