Has anyone taken telecom courses with Paradigm Learning Services?

I found this company that has an HMS-400 course that offers pretty much what I'm looking for but my previous training has always been with Global Knowledge.

Paradigm Learning Services Inc in Surrey BC has an HMS-400 course aka 500361 that seems to cover the bases I need plus more but I’ve never heard of them.
I’m wondering if anyone has taken courses with them and can tell me if you are getting your money’s worth.
