Has anyone successfully set up ICS on Domino Server?

I would appreciate any help on this. I've set up the Windows ICS on our Domino 6.5.4 server and have opened the following ports; 1352, 25 and 53. Ports 80 and 443 are closed since we do not use HTTP and HTTPS.
My internal Notes clients are unable to connect to our Domino server now. Has anyone got round this?
