Has anyone set up OUTLOOK 98 to run from a server?

I currently have outlook 98 (and 97) installed on workstations around my network - around 50 of them.

How do I move OUTLOOK to the server and serve it up as an application.

What should I be on the look out for? What sort of problems could I expect to run into.

I am running NT 4.0 with Exchange 5.5.
