Has anyone seen this error message before

If any of you have seen and know what the following message means could you please tell me. Every once in a while I get it. When I am debugging and compiling often. It seems to fix when I update my webservice link and recompile the project. The thing is I wasn't working with the web services so I don't know what was different.

Only one WebServiceBinding attribute may be specified on type 'RoamingForest.localhost2.RoamingForestService'. Parameter name: type That'l do donkey, that'l do

Not to be disloyal to google (the giant must topple) but that article does mention my problem the fellow there has the same one but the solution given is for a different problem also mentioned, unfortunately. That'l do donkey, that'l do
