Has anyone out there deployed the new Contact Center Select on IP Office

I cant find a resource even inside Avaya. Nobody knows how to configure this thing. The documentation is a joke.
 
Done one install, but with a bit of help - yes document is a joke and no courses either!
 
There are courses now on the avaya learning site but it is expensive.
I think it was around 3500 euro's for a five day course.
I think this is a solution that will not be sold very much.

I did the IPOCC training course a couple of weeks ago and the trainer told me that Avaya had only sold 120 IPOCC licences and 6 Select licences at that point!!

It looks like a good product, but its 4 times the price of 3rd party solutions for gaining the multi-channel capability.

 
This is why I love this forum. At least I don't feel like I am on an island now :)

And also now know I am not going crazy. I am looking for any kind of detailed manual. The one i have just relays the different tools but doesn't offer a shred of troubleshooting tips.

WOW. Out of the 6 Select Licenses I am one of them. The thing is when this product works (if it does) it is amazing.

Funny thing is I have it mostly up and running using just about everything I have learned in my 30 year career doing this stuff.

I am specifically stuck at the Phone communications between the server and the IP Office. I have attached a screen shot. the top one blinks green then red the bottom is solid red.

I am certain i have wrong credentials, etc. but have no idea where to fix the information or even what it is.
