Has anyone migrate Exchg2003 to 2007 w/Blackberry

Two key items:
BES needs to be at least 4.1.3.
Exchange needs to support all MAPI clients
In addition:
1. Your Read:write ratio will go up. I'd recommend sizing host memory for 5MB cache per user.
2. Your IOPS/user will increase. although I've observer 2 - 2.5X vs the 3.64X stated in the RIM whitepaper and "Optimizing Storage for Exchange 2003" This will likely impact the number of users you can put on a given mailbox server.
