I have some remote users requesting to use Sprint PCS Business Connection (personal edition) to access outlook when they are out of the office. I would need to open up port 443 https on my exchange server and allow the traffic through my firewall. Has anyone else implemented these devices in their corporate network?

Take a good look at the Blackberry solution for this as well.
My users prefer it.

The Blackberry solution is a great idea except it requires each user who wants it to carry a seperate device.

Lurdan, if my thoughts are correct you could open up that port on your network and only open it to the sprintPCS ip address since all PCS phones go through a group of proxy servers before it gets to the internet. This allows the already slow data service to be sped up a little. I personally think it's just so sprint can save bandwidth but who am I to critque.
