Our MM locked up - users could log into voice mail and go no further after they entered their password. The system fixed itself but we and Tier 3 know why this happen and do we need to worry that it's going to happen again. Any news would be helpful! Thank You!
Yes, one would think Tier 3 could confirm but they can't so it's off to Tier 4 and we are scheduled for SP 4 in 2 weeks. Thanks Much. Lot's of strange things with Modular Messaging!
