Has anyone heard of this error deadlock on asp.net 1

Our MM locked up - users could log into voice mail and go no further after they entered their password. The system fixed itself but we and Tier 3 know why this happen and do we need to worry that it's going to happen again. Any news would be helpful! Thank You!

You probably need to check and make sure you have the most current MM service pack 3 or 4, but I would assume that a Tier 3 tech would check this.

Yes, one would think Tier 3 could confirm but they can't so it's off to Tier 4 and we are scheduled for SP 4 in 2 weeks. Thanks Much. Lot's of strange things with Modular Messaging!
