We have several HP 4100 network printers that have problems printing certain webpages from NT clients. A good example of the problem is when you try to print a map off of The problem also happens in the web based version of PeopleSoft, but not everyone uses PeopleSoft. The print jobs spool, but never prints. Win98 clients dont have this problem, and the web pages print from NT clients to other printers (non-HP's). We are using the 4000 5e print driver on an NT print server. If anyone has had this problem, or something like it, please respond. I would like to make sure that if I find the solution, people who may be intrested are informed. Any help to this frustrating problem is greatly appreciated.

I found the solution. It boils down to loading the HP Network Printer Install Wizard and using the HP Standard TCP/IP Port instead of the LPR port.
