Has anyone gotten a java error while using the CCA?

I having trouble while I'm retrieving the configuration of a Cisco Call Manager using the CCA (Cisco Configuration Application".

Whe I try to tetrieve the config I get an error "java.lang.nullpointerexception", so when I try of modify the restriccion on an extension it does not apply it.

Does anyone know how to fix the error?

Or how to modify the permission using telnet?
