When I print, the paper gets jammed in the collection area still in the rollers in the back. It prints and when it gets to about 50% done, the paper is sucked back in like it is duplexing. Very strange. And this is when it jams.

My work around is having all the print jobs print to the tray in the back, by the rollers.

HP2200DN.

Thanks
J

Your printer has the ability to do duplex, and it really does look like that you have selected the printer to duplex when printing to the upper bin. Make sure you don`t have the option Print on both sides checked in the drivers configuration setting when printing to the upper outputbin. It might even be the media causing the trouble (too smooth or heavy). Also the flag sensors in the upper outputbin might not be seated or working correct.

or the top roller are not griping try cleaning and yes you can duplex on that thing that what the D in 2200DN means N for network
