Has anyone configured SIP trunk between Cisco UC540 and 3COM NBX 100?

I´m trying to connect calls between Cisco UC540 and a 3COM NBX 100 using sip trunk but so far I can only complete calls from 3COM NBX to UC540 but no the other way.
