Has anyone configured Call Queuing for CCM 4.1

I want to set up call queuing on my CCM 4.1 and I am unsure about a few things in setting it up.
1. How do I create a second ac user? Is it in Global Directory or through the Attendant Console Configuration Tool on the Publisher?
2. When I enable queuing on the ac user, will it affect all the devices associated with it? Or, will the pilot point associated with the ac user, along with it's hunt group make the call only go to the attendant console that I configure in the hunt group.
