has anybody seen the outlook error

I have, but have no idea what it means - have had several of these cases - In the most recent occurence, I managed to clear the problem by clearing the space on the users mailbox (it was over it's size limit). I also recreated his mail profile and deleted his .ost and offline settings. This seemed to stop the error. I am guessing the problem is with updating the mailbox data on the server but am not sure why it occurs.
