Has anybody experience in loadable extensions ander Win32?

Hi! I'm trying to port a Tcl/Tk - C - C++ ap running fine under UNIX to Win32; I've found a problem with the DLLs (compiled with VC++ 5.0, 0 errors, 0 warnings) when trying to load in Wish:<br>

'couldn't load file "name_of_dll.dll": I/O error'<br>
<br>
What does it mean?<br>
<br>
I was playing with the code and fix some of them (the only C extensions) but I don't know where the problem was... And I have the problem yet with the C/C++ extension.<br>
<br>
So, I need some help on developing (systematically) C/C++ loadable extensions for Win32.<br>
<br>
