I have been asked about setting up various facilities in the case of a Bird Flue pandemic. Did a bit of brain storming.
solutions needed.
1. a virtual call centre.
2. or Remote operator & ability to transfer calls from a remote location.
3. comference calls several at a time .
4. Disa.
5. How do the users change the status or diversion termination point remotely.
That's just for starters.
I have BC12 and service pack 6 or 8 not sure.
