Dubious about putting this on at the moment, feedback would be appreciated

Yes, there are issues. I'd wait until the designer patch comes out to fix things, or wait until SU08 is out.

CDN name will stop displaying. There is a workaround, but anytime the server is rebooted, it will revert back to broke.

Has anyone experienced the issue of CCMA session automatically logging you out after 20 Minutes and then you have to log back in? This would be an issue to my CCMA power users. I heard of this issue in another forum.

I am considering this upgrade in November, but this thread is giving me second thoughts.

the logging out occurs with ccma su06, however not installing it gives a whole load of other problems, unfortunatley live with the 20 min logout or suffer more problems than it's worth

I installed SU07 and I didn't have any problem at all. It fixed a lots of bug. The logout option happen when session is inactive more than 20 minutes so it's more for security reason; they should gives us the option to put it or not but... It's not so bad. The best improvement for me was that I can do scripting using IE8.

One thing to take care of is the SU07 change field in the database of CCMS. So if you use a third party software to grab data in the database, you may have problem.

We have installed SU07 on six sites. We did have a number of issues with HDC/HDM, but these were corrected with DP's (070414 and 070431).
Outside of those issues, it seems to run cleaner than it was, especially TFE. As is always the case with moving to a new PEP family, there are new issues to replace those that are corrected, but all in all it is not the worse patch family I've ever seen. That title would belong to SU04.

Are these positive remarks for the whole CC6 suite?
Are you running MultiMedia (CCMM, CCT) site(s) or 'just CCMS & CCMA'?

@Sylvain:
I can't find any remark in the SU07 readme about "SU07 change field in the database of CCMS".
I'm using Crystal Reports so wonder if there is an impact.

Utreg:

I also read the readme sbout SU07 and I've got the surprise when I saw my reporting tools giving me error after the update. We are using Cognos to grab data and do report for clients and we had to modify query configuration. My reporting team fixed it.
