I am trying to reset an Unify OpenScape Business x8 after the password was lost. I tried pressing the reset button until the green led turned red for a times before going back to green. But I don't know if the reset operation was successful because when I try to access the WBM (web portal) through the LAN or the Admin port, it doesn't work but when a make a ping to its adress (192.168.1.2 or 192.168.2.1 depending it is on LAN or Admin), the ping is successful. I would like some help please.
