Hi all,

Just looking for some opinions on hardware performance youve experienced in the past. What would your recommendations be on vendors. Personally we have worked with J2 units for the last 5 years. We've used the 820, 850, 920, 520, 560, 580 etc. 850s and 520s performance has been poor to say the least.

Any recommendations?

I believe Posiflex has good hardware. I have had a system from them over two years and I have never had any problems with it. It's nice and fast for me. You could also try Radiant. I have never used one of their terminals, but they must be good because they are quite popular. Hope this helps.

I've used various IBM terminals in the past, but last year completely rolled out the Javelin Wedge II terminals in all locations (Over 2000 terminals total). I am extremely satisfied with the Javelin terminals and the price and support that was agreed upon.

Radiant makes good hardware too, but for my needs, the Javelins were exactly what I was looking for.
