Hardware recomendation

I am currently using a oddball router/firewall and would like to step up to Cisco for better control.

I have 2 DSL lines rigged to modems. 1 has my static IPs for Web, Mail, and VPN.

I would like a piece of equipment that will allow me precise control over what traffic comes in and goes out of each WAN line. I also need VPN for up to 5-10 users.

I am also interested in logging the user activity.

Any recommendations are appreciated.
