Hi All,
This is kind of a cross post as I have published similar in the IBM Server forum.
The reason will hopefully become obvious and no-one will shout at me.

I have the above hardware running RHEL4 with hardware raid 1 configured, but do not seem able to get any traps / alerts from the array into /var/log.
I have been informed that it is possible (IBM Director for one) but I do not want another layer of mgmt on my servers.

Does anyone know of RPM's that can handle this facility?

Thanks
Alan

Have you downloaded the serveraid manager for Linux?

I have several x series servers (awesome hardware, BTW) running CentOS with hardware RAID - serveraid manager should do the trick.

Thanks for all your input guys, I'll look into this.

Much appreciated.
