hardware inventory report problem

Hi all. When I run a report and view hardware specs on pc's, 2 of the 3 pc's in my test env't give results, but the 3rd doesn't. It does have client installed, it just isn't giving hardware specs (or software for that matter) my agents are running every 15 minutes. My report always says 'no matching records found'. Any ideas anyone?
