Hardware Inventory Question

Can you create a query that would return all machines not inventoried within a specified time such as a date or say last 2 weeks something like that. Can a column be added to the all clients query to include the last date it was inventoried for hardware and software. Last one Is there a way to dynamically add any machine from a query into a collection? Thanks for any help.
