Hardware Extended warranty

Hi Guys,

We have a customer that requires more than 1 year warranty for the hardware (Mitel 3300 controller, phones, cards, etc)

where in Sales Work Bench can I extend the warranty to more than 1 year?

You can extend Software Assurance but I don't think you can extend warrantee.

hi Kwb,

yes we can, I just found how.

you know the folder that says services? There you have the option extended warranty and if you select it you change it from 15 month to 5 years. You can do it seperately for phones and for controllers
